When some auto insurance company refused to renewall your policy can you find another who does accept you?

Yes, depending on what the reason is for non-renewal. A lot of the major insurance companies offer nonstandard auto insurance for people with too many accidents or tickets.

You have not mentioned the reason for non-renewal of your policy.
If you have been denied a renewal, you may ask the insurer for a proper explanation, sighting the reasons for such.
Did you receive a non-renewal notice from your insurer?
If you have, then start shopping immediately for a new auto-insurance.
You would find an insurer who would issue you a new policy.
