i had my daughter reg my car for me at magees auto reg they some how put her on as owner i insured my car full coverage had a theft can they not pay do to car not in my name

Its a bad situation. The insurer can deny coverage based on multiple facts starting with misrepresentation of facts. As I see it, the company through which you registered the vehicle is at fault. You can talk it out with them and if all else fails, sue them.

If it was an honest mistake, you may be able to fix it. Is the vehicle titled in your name, your daughter's name, or both?
