Health insurance options are COBRA, medicare, medicaid, etc.

Adam . . . You do not know what you are talking about.
Please post only information that you have knowledge of. Medicaid is NOT a health insurance "option", Medicare is principally for persons over age 65, and COBRA is continuation of an employer-sponsored group insurance plan due to loss of eligibility for one of six defined reasons.
