In case you dont know what it is about, then horse liability insurance means that in the event of any damage caused by your horse then the insurance provider will bear the repair costs if it is a material loss and compensate in case the victim is a human on your behalf.

Why would you not simply discuss Commercial General Liability insurance, since that's probably what the OP was going to ask about.
