Someone submitted a false document to the insurance company and had my named removed from being my dafs beneficiary and replaced with theres, what can I do, please help.

How do you know this to be true? Has your "daf" died?

I BELIEVE I MAY HAVE A POLICY AS A BENEFICIERY AND HAVE HAD NO LUCK FINDING POLICYS, ALL THE COMPANYS DENY ANY KNOWLEDGE IS THERE A DATABASE I CAN OBTAIN THIS ACTUAL INFORMATION FROM....THANKYOU, JAMES
