You are right as I want to be an actuary which construct models for an insurance policy. It requires quite a lot of hard work which makes profits for the company but also benefit the insured.

I feel as they are not actually fraud even if you tackle it calmly .It seem to be that you caught in the web of Loss Adjusters ,As one incidence held with me but it is some kind off sweet as well as bitter. As I met with an accident an my new audi a4 busted like squeezed tomato and Its my fortune that i am alive .Everything was lost even i could not able to recognize my own car but afterward i hired a Claim Loss Adjuster during making a claim ,he is cynical but i have also legal vocabulary, he is all doing what his insurance company told to him.He is not that bad .He tried every possible attempt to give my money back but by applying policies and terms he deducted 20% of money ,yet i got sufficient amount of money.So it is full of bitterment and sweetness.
