I was offered a position with them, They work out of credit unions selling life insurance to the credit union members.
I was just wondering if they were a good Co. to get started with, last week I posted about what kind of job to get . And, after thinking about it for a while a salary is a nice thing when your getting started,

I think this comapny is very unethical. They take advantage of poor uneducated people by selling them supplemental insurance they dont need

Run away from this unethical company as fast as you can! They sell people insurance they don't really need. Their main office is in CT, there is a lot of favoritism and turnover the customer service dept. People who try and stop the unethical behavior are repremanded.

Just beware that if you take a position with PFP and you are subject to termination even if you perform at high standards. Managers will cut you loose in a heartbeat if it means saving their own "hides!"

I don't think such business can stand on their own in the long run. There are here to earn a few quick bucks it seems.

I am interviewing for a position on Monday and these statements tols me a lot about the company and the job. It sounds like something I wold love to do.

I noticed some unethical stuff going on was told to keep quiet about it. I pressed the issue a little and I am now unemployed- (Orange CT headquarters)

They promote themselves and their Family Security Plan, meanwhile their regional managers prey on their employees directly reporting to them and tear apart families! I would never want to do business with this company. They don't create homes they wreck them. At least in Texas.
