I wouold like toprotect my family and if I am out of work due to unforseeable reasons, laid off suspended illness. I would like insurance that covers all of this is there such a policy?

I sincerely doubt that an insurer will cover an applicant with such pre-existing condition.

To protect the future of your family you are required to purchase life insurance policy, and availability of which will depend upon your current health and financial condition. You need to talk to an agent. Depending upon your health condition they might find a policy that's suitable for you, but I'm sure even in that case the premium rates will be extremely high, which again may affect your insurability since you are unemployed.
