| I have been on disability for almost a year now and I will be filing for unemployment soon. I read on EDDs site that they take the highest paid of the last 5 quarters to come up with an amount they will pay me. Because I was layed off the first quarter before getting ran over I don't have any quarters where I was employed. I was only getting money through EDD disability. What happens in this type of situation. Will they go back to the 6th quarter or 7th? |
