Just wanna know more about Bad Faith insurance.

Everything seems to need the help of a lawyer these days. Even for things that are considered illegal, you still need a lawyer to say to the judge the illegal actions the plaintiff have done, even if it is clearly illegal. Maybe I should learn some lawyer-speak and jargon.

Great point T...I've actually been in court, when people have defended themselves successfully...I think judges even get sick of lawyers some times :wink:

If the individual HAS the proof they need for,..whatever..case they are involved in, then why hire a Lawyer? A 'do it yourself' thing!!LOL

How would "bad faith" in a claim be defined? I'm a bit fuzzy in this area?
