Does Farmers Insurance commit fraud?

Hi, I'm the owner of a body shop in LA. I've been charged by Farmers insurance company to have formed a part of a scam aimed to deprive Farmers & its consumers worth quite a lot of money. I'm aware that there are a number of body shops forwarding fraudulent claims & looking for damages related to those frauds. But i'm sure I'd been honest & that could well be the beginning of trouble for me.

Farmers have always been claiming their expertise to detect & prevent insurance frauds. Is Farmers insurance good to stand up to our expectations? If so, then whats this? IMO Farmers Insurance sucks!

They have always claimed to be the best at detecting any fraudulent activity. Their propaganda would reflect their self-proclaimed strength at fraud busting as well as identifying evidences. That's solely the reason, I think they have declared my claims to be unjustified & are likewise suing others to generate funds worth $250,000 from their so-called 'damages' caused by the fraudsters. I'd request you guys to share such experiences with Farmers & save us some costly hassles..Culpable-homicide

Culpable-homicide, (interesting choice in screen names by the way)....You're too vague for us to understand your claim here...What is it they are acusing you (and others) of? I've never heard this

What lead you to say this? Perhaps it's a LA thing? Have you read any Farmers reviews regarding this?

Simply they have blamed me for showing up misleading estimates of damages..they believe that I'm a part of an insurance scam to fetch money out of their pocket! I'd rather urge you people to show your courage and share all Farmers complaints with the community members..Culpable-homicide

Hi..in that case..I believe I'd rather choose to ask them for their own estimates ( which they ought to offer me after a careful study of facts & analysis of each element)..this would give me an opportunity communicate with them..& open up a gate for further negotiation. Wish you're going the same way.
Only by blaming them or by going through such data that refers back to the Farmers fraud, it won't help you!

Are they meaning you collected for repairs or replacement of parts that were not done? Meaning you wrote (for example) to replace a fender, and were PAID to replace the fender but repaired it instead? Did you do ANYTHING like that? Or is that not what they are saying you did? And regarding this statement

I'm a part of an insurance scam

are they alleging you and other shops conspired or engaged in this type of practice or that you and the vehicle owners did this?
