Senior Healthcare Consultants/RJR Insurance

Senior Healthcare Consultants/RJR Insurance's business practices are currently being investigated.

Promises Made-Promises Broken

This thread is dedicated to the discussion of SHC's business practices, agent and management [mis]conduct. Representations made to new agents about leads, marketing, and commissions, management structure, travel requirements, and agent impound / equity / hold-back accounts.

This is, by no means, a place to slander. libel, or defame SHC. Any such posts will be eliminated. My purpose is to gather information from as many sources as possible and use this to "help" that company with their future business practices/agent relations.

I am hopeful this can be done without litigation and the media attention a class action lawsuit would surely generate.

Apex-Elite is SHC. It's just been given a makeover. Shiny new shoes, lipstick, etc., etc,. It is the classic move all companies make when their shenanigans have finally caught with them. Change your name, tweak it a little and continue to lure in the desperate, uninformed and naive. Yup, there's a sucker born every minute. I worked for SHC. I am a born again hard salesperson, not a disgruntled former employee. This place was a TOTAL joke. Disorganized. Shifty. Sneaky. Unaccountable for its actions. Management are some real prize possessions to be sure. But hey, don't take my word for it. Go to work for these losers.

Google - Apex Elite - another insurance form has some great information on SHC / APEX ELITE - so anyone seeking employment, please be careful!!!

I like Apex-Elite; i've made tons of money with this company since i've been working here the past year. Don't always believe what you read!!! You won't make money, if you don't close deals or sell, so then don't apply for a sales position.

Any updates on this?

I dug into it. There is no "SHC" at at Apex-Elite. My investigation found Apex to be a competitor to SHC using SHC as their tool. Actually, I think they like being like SHC b/c they work off them to get their agents. Or maybe the other way around... anyway, my thoughts.

So it's heartening and of course depressing to know I'm not the only one who has been scammed by this company. They currently owe me $1400 in commissions, most of which were from my own leads and are holding more than $4,000 in my holdback account which I know I will never see. As documented above I get no response from Brian Corder or anyone at the company to any of my emails or any of my phone messages. Has anyone managed any success in getting them to settle up? Does the Insurance Dept do nothing?

Which company did you get scammed from? SHC or APEX? Please know I'm sorry this happened to you. I really was hoping that they had changed their ways but as we see they have not!!

Sounds like now APEX- Elite, formerly, SHC, is operating as Lexicon Senior Healthcare. Same info on their website, same web presentation, and now an interview with none other than...Fritz Simonson. I can't wait, this should be fun!
