Senior Healthcare Consultants/RJR Insurance's business practices are currently being investigated.
Promises Made-Promises Broken
This thread is dedicated to the discussion of SHC's business practices, agent and management [mis]conduct. Representations made to new agents about leads, marketing, and commissions, management structure, travel requirements, and agent impound / equity / hold-back accounts.
This is, by no means, a place to slander. libel, or defame SHC. Any such posts will be eliminated. My purpose is to gather information from as many sources as possible and use this to "help" that company with their future business practices/agent relations.
I am hopeful this can be done without litigation and the media attention a class action lawsuit would surely generate.

by the way Bo Duke from pages 5-7 is Richard P. Dale himself! He uses this user name on many other websites, and its so easy to figue him out!

SHC,, RJR, Apex-Elite, LSH, BSH, as well as, all companies created by Richard P Dale Jr for insurance marketing to seniors, ie. MediGap, Part D, etc. are being investigated by both Federal and State Government Regulatory Agencies for Senior Age Insurance Prospects marketing violations, ie. High Pressure Sales Tactics, Policy Misrepresentations, Twisting, Misleading Statements, Using Fear & Scare Tactics, etc. ..Also, SHC et al are being investigated by the U.S. Department of Labor for violations of the Fair Labor Standard's and Overtime Pay Acts as applied to 1099 Insurance Agents/Consultants, as well as, other damaged employees..In addition, a group of X-employees including Agents/Consultants are in the process of filing a Class Action Law Suit to recover lost commissions actually earned, overtime, expenses, inflated charge-backs & leads,
Employment Agreement/Contract Breaches, etc..
If you would like to report violations or join the Class Action Law Suits, please contact me...There will be No Costs for you to participate in the Class Action Lawsuits, as well as,, the other issues...

paying up front, appointment cost changes, 30% of income they with hold without telling you. Continual re-shuffling of company structure, name, etc.
Owner is continually being indicted on insurance fraud allegations.

I know y'all don't need me to tell you about this BS! And I set most of ur appts, and u know u wanted my set leads! He sooo wrong, he can't keep good help, no matter on what level, I was there at call center, 10 1+ years! Let's send him with his father..... prison!

I just got a call for my 2nd interview from a really nice gentleman with an accent. I told him up front before the interview even started, that I wanted to interview HIM! He seemed taken back but I fired away anyways. I referenced all of the information I read about here and he said he couldn't confirm past affiliations because he had only been then for 2 years. He DID confirm that RDP is still the CEO and involved with BSH (bullshit scam health) He also was honest and confirmed that there are 2 options to start and 1 was at no cost (crappier leads) and the 2nd was better concentrated pre-set appointments at $15 a pop with a $1,000 retainer. I told him based on the information I read on line (not just here) that there is no way I could tarnish my reputation and give up my MGA contracts to pretty much pay for what I'm paying now with better contracts. He thanked me for my upfront honesty and seemed deflated about his company. I followed up by sending him the URL link to this site and I hope he reads all the post and does his own diligence so he can get out why he can. He is young and still has time to get with a reputable company that can offer a great career!
