if new policy about health card is taken through credit card and amount has not paid till now. now the policy has been cancelled because of some reasons .is there any rule or something that "any time if u cancel the policy 3 months policy amount should have to be paid .is it mandatory"

Raghu, you may need to read the policy document to know what exactly are the terms and conditions about canceling the plan. Unfortunately, if its mentioned in the policy paper you have to pay the cost for three months. The discount plans are not insurance and therefore aren't governed by the state insurance laws. _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved.

In many of the cases free look period (generally 15 days) is given to the client so the customer can return the policy within that free look period and get back full money.
