Posted: Wed Jul 08, 2009 11:32 am   Post subject: I was treated for cancer in 07. phoned mortgage insurance co   Diagnosed July 07 treated via op and chemo. told no critical illness cover on my policies when phoned them at the time. Now discovered via mortgage consultant that I do have cover. Claiming now for this. Can I claim for compensation due to being told no cover in 07.
