Doctors care plan is a medical discount plan, not actual insurance. It gives you a discount from 20% to 60% on covered services with participating doctors.
That does not mean that it might not be a good thing for you in the following situations:

You have a health condition making regular insurance difficult for you or a family member to attain,or

Regular insurance is just too expensive for you right now due to your financial situation.

Discount plans do offer an inexpesive alternative in these situations.
What you need to do before sigining up with is contact your doctors office and see which discount plans they accept and also your local hospital. That way you can choose a discount plan that you will get your money's worth out of.
