But it may also depend upon the preexisting condition and the type of coverage you want to own. May be alternative health plans like- discount plans or the state high risk health plan can be your solution. If you're a non-smoker your chances of obtaining a preferred rate increase but then they'd also check out the other risks like age and health history. So, what pre-existing conditions do you have?
