What is my liability if someone riding a dirt bike has an accident on my property?

I'd say that information is really scanty in order to develop a theory. Please elaborate your query to help the community understand the situation.
How the accident happened?
Is anyone injured in it?
Were they permitted to ride the bike in the premises?
Its important to know the answer of these questions to determine the liability. If the fault is established on part of the homeowner, then your HO insurer would address the claim.

Okay, I doubt if the homeowners plan would even cover the damages occurred. The liability component of the HO plan generally covers the costs if someone gets hurt in your property for which you have found to be legally responsible. But, it would exclude BI and property damages caused while operating bike, car, boat and such, in the property. One needs to purchase separate policy to cover such perils. Do you have any such plan?

Hi, at times it's really tough to figure out who was at-fault. They might argue that you (being the owner) were negligent, but I guess that question doesn't arise if none was ever permitted to ride a bike in your property.
See even if you've granted permission, there's no good way to explain when you as the owner could be held responsible for such mishaps. But I'm sure in order to be held accountable-
You'd need to damage the property surface in such a way that it generates considerable risk of causing an accident.
You should be aware of any such risks or chances of accident and yet not informed the civic authorities about it.
