I can't speak for either, really, as I'm in the US and the company doesn't appear to have any consumers speaking out against them that I can find. I imagine that's why you posted... Rather they could be the outcome of different other factors acting upon the rate-determinant e.g. manpower and operational cost within a specified zone where they're being distributed.
