Does an HO6 cover the exterior walls and roof of a condo in the absense of a master policy. I have a duplex which I own side of and we have an agreement with the other duplex owner for the common wall. Is the HO^ the right policy?

No, HO6 covers interior and personal property only. Is the duplex a condo?
