Ok when Rita cam though we had hail damage our adjuster came out said they are ok no need to replace I should of took the hint then to get a better company now IKE has done about $50.000 worth to our house blew off both wind turbines messed up our 30,000 dollar retexture and pain job several places our Pergo floor did not get wet but once we got back on in some places it has buckled not due to humidity or what they said we would need flood insurance to cover that? Well a flood is when water rises and comes through your doors not when the roof they should of replaced last time leaked like nothing I have ever seen before and water comes in from there lack of doing an adequate job the first time when there was hail damage. It even tore off my wind turbines the adjuster said he had never seen anything like it he said it looked like dogs had been on our roof chewing hmm could have been the branches that fell on it? But I am sure we will be in a very long drawn out law suit. I have already threaten to spend 5 more years in Iraq to pay my legal fees to win the case plus it does not hurt having a sister who just happens to know a lot about law and a friend that has been selling insurance for 30 years.

OP, do you mean that the insurance company hasn't replaced the roof when it was last hit by the Rita? Well, the insurance companies are not always required to replace the entire roof. Many a times they only replace or mend the portion of the roof that has suffered damages. It depends largely on the verbiage of the policy document i.e. if your policy suggests that you will only receive the actual cash value of the damaged property and not the replacement cost, then you can't expect the insurance company to replace the entire damaged roof.

However, can you explain the problem little more clearly in order to let us help you in a better way?

I'm totally off track , is this a problem or just a narration?
