So you're an agent.. why don't you share with us some of the benefits that you're referring to!
Perhaps it would help all our friends to understand the USPs of your policy and compare it with the others. _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

Well, it might be the case that our agent friend is trying to sell discount health plans instead of proper health insurance. I know of no health insurer that wouldn't exclude the pre-existing conditions.
Discount plans are not health insurance, therefore, one needs to know all about the plans before purchasing one. _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

A few days back even I came across a health advantage program that seemed so good, while in reality it was being offered through a credit card company. What I found out is that most of its benefits would act above my other existing health policy benefits. _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

The original post is fake. Sometimes the internet is a nightmare because anyone can post anything about you. There is no such thing as an individual health insurance plan that takes all pre-existing conditions. _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

Heeeeeeyyyyyy Mikey- I'd be really careful about using the term "expert" when describing yourself. One of the most basic legal tenets says that you don't include an adjective such as "expert" or "professional" in any self-description. That's implying, and prima facie evidence that the courts will hold, of your being held to a higher legal standard simply through the use of those types of terms.
There are individual medical expense insurance plans that will guarantee issue and will not have pre-existing health condition exclusions.

This is kind of "cheaty" so to speak, but most states have guaranteed issue health plans for certain individuals as long as they fall within the HIPAA "63-day" rule.

Basically the are 2 types of Indiv Healthcare plans Major Medical, Which these days to keep the monthly premiums reasonable you need to take a High Deductible
between 5-10k which in and of itself could wipe out your savings BCBs, Humana, Aetna etc. then you have limited benefit plans that spell out your Benefits, these can be good for a lower budget, however there are maximums they will payout. There are some Hybrids though, like Assurants product that will cover pre-existing conditions _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

pre existing conditions must have a major impact on prenmiums though don't they? If you're going to cover issues that you know are likely to recurr this has to inflate your premiums severely? _________________ Get free insurance quotes or Purchase auto Insurance online in minutes. |

Not quite sure what you're saying, other than let's make sure it's correct.
There are more than "2 types" of individual healthcare plans. Major Medical is only one of them. Have you forgotten that there are also individual HMO and PPO plans? While not truly insurance, they are definitely "Healthcare" plans.
What, exactly, is a "hybrid" health insurance product? Specifically, can you name me ANY healthcare plan that will immediately cover pre-x? I can't... not a one. It's almost impossible to find a carrier that will even ISSUE an individual plan for an insured with preexisting health problems. Why? Because they cannot exclude coverage forever on that condition. If they issue, they'll have to cover the previously excluded condition eventually after the state-mandated maximum exclusion period has run it's course.
