If I forgot to disclose a misdemeanor which occurred over 17 years agao when completing my application will I be able to obtain a license? I went to the court house and the court documents were destroyed. I was able to obtain a certified letter from the court these documents were destroyed due to the misdemeanor being minor and such an old case.

If something is there CA will let you know. How is the question asked on the application. Does it give a time limit on convictions or does it ask 'have you ever"?
