Used to be Senior Healthcare Consultants (2009), then Apex-Elite (2010), then Lexicon Senior Healthcare (2011), now Buffett Senior Healthcare (2012). It's really the same company run by the same guys running the same scam - all they're trying to do is escape the bad press, which is well documented on the Internet by now. There's plenty of places, here and elsewhere, that have fully documented their scheme - if you have the fortitude to sift through the steaming piles of obvious shilling that alts of their senior management has spread throughout that documentation, feel free to check it out...but if you don't have the patience, then just run - run away, and don't look back.

Four years after being scammed by Lexicon Senior Healthcare, these scumbags are trying to collect money for supposed leads. They even drew funds from my checking account (four years later).. These people are serious scam artists.

As a current employee, I want to give my honest opinion of Buffett Senior Healthcare. I have been with the company for 3 years. In that time, I have seen them help a lot of seniors. We receive thank you cards from them daily. Their agents come to the office regularly for training, and I can tell that some agents are better than others. The good ones make a lot of money, treat the people in the office nicely, and do a great job. The ones who don't, I suspect, end up posting negative things online when the job may have not been the best fit for them in the first place. It is not fair to blame the employer when the company is doing a lot of good for a lot of people. I am thankful to have a job at a company that takes care of me.

WORST company I ever applied to. First, they send a direct email from their company recruiting department. You go through a webinar and a second interview, then, at the end of the second interview, they tell you they are not hiring in your area.
Six months later, they send another recruiting email and force you to sit through yet another webinar. The next day, they leave a message on your home phone (Both Cassandra Creighton and Haley Flores). You call their numbers back, leave repeated messages with your cell phone number, and they never return your call. They send an email trying to set up an interview that goes to a Spam folder...so how come the recruiting emails go through, but not the emails from the supposed hiring managers?
Sorry, but if you do not have the common courtesy or decency to return phone calls or reply to emails, you are NOT a great company.
Twice through the hiring process, and you can't even get that part right.

I got to second interview to try to figure this place out and found that all the emails from their agents were returned undeliverable and when you cal the numbers, you get different names and mailboxes are always full! Very clearly NOT a legitimate company to work for! Ive been in insurance for 10 years and have NEVER seen anything like this before.

And for your protection, if ANY company EVER asks you to PAY them to work for them..THIS IS A SCAM or MULTILEVEL Marketing!! Steer CLEAR!!

I researched for a job ad and found this site. The job was as I suspected - a SCAM.

I also checked the Ripoff Report website. It appears that the company (BSH) has preempted any ripoff reporting.

They have signed up as a Corporate Advocacy Program member. Their intended goal is positive PR for every complaint. Here are the benefits as a member.

Everyone who has been ripoffed or scammed might want to tell their story on the Ripoff Report. When the company has not resolved enough complaints maybe Ripoff Report will revoke their "membership" and they can be labeled as a fraud etc. to alert everyone.

 I can't believe they are on supposedly legit websites like Glassdoor and Indeed. I was actually looking for a study guide to score as high as possible for the maximum income when I found all these websites saying its a scam. Thankfully I haven't gotten as far as some people and now I know to move on to a more realistic job opportunity.
