|

| I have an interview with an exclusive Allstate agent this week. I am moving from real estate into insurance sales, have had one interview with another agent recently, but still need pointers and tips to make a killer impression. Thanks! |

| When you go for your interview, always remember: Dress to Impress. This is a sales Job. They are going to decide whether or not to hire you within the first three minutes of your interview. The reason why, is because your clients are going to do the same thing. Depending on how quickly you build rapport with them, they are going to know whether or not to buy from you by the first impression you make. |

That's great! Serenity, sales jobs are tough but exciteing. But once you taste success in it, I think you will never move to any other profession .

As with any interview, you do want to "look the part", but you also want to convey honesty, and sincereity. The same traits you probably employed as a real estate agent. Smile, and make good eye contact.
Good Luck!!
