I need help big time! My company has the opportunity to sign a contract with a large organization to provide IT staffing services. However, one of the requirements of the contract is to have a general liabiity policy as stated below:
Commercial general liability insurance, including products, completed operations liability and personal injury, contractual liability and broad form property damage liability coverage for damages to any property with a minimum combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate $5,000,000.
The problem is with the required $5M underlying aggregate limit. I've called numerous agents so far, and they typically provide either $1M/$2M or $2M/$4M.
