No... I dont even think FMO's get that High with most companies

Hmm.. I don't think so. As far as I know, the highest commission that an agent can get ranges only from 50%-60% first year commission. It is a great risk for the company to offer that much commission for their agents.

Ummmm no. I have 100% contracts from a number of companies and I am looking at 115% contract for final expense.
