Hello Everyone,
Looking for licensed agents to join a fast pace environment. We are busier than ever even in this economy. We literally have to much business coming through and need additional agents ASAP.
-real time leads
-50% commission on property and casualty
-70% commission on life
-60% on commercial
-no micro managing

Isn't that too low? I've heard that life agents earn around 90% of the first year premium as commission. What are you offering on renews?

| If your a brokerage and you have too much business then wouldn't getting more agents just generate even more business....i would then assume your case managers would get overwhelmed, service standards would decrease and it could put your business in jeopardy. Maybe you should fire some non-producing or non-profitable agents and ramp up your internal support before you start gunning for more agents. |

THE INTERNAL SUPPORT IS THERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT LACKING, THE DEMAND FOR OUR INSURANCE IS VERY HIGH!! DUE TO MASS MARKETING AND ADVERTISING.

| I never said that your internal support was not there or that you did not have great service. I was just confused with your original statement that because you have too much business that you need more agents. If you are a broker then "too much business" would mean that you need less agents not more. Also what type of insurance is "OUR INSURANCE" is it different the the insurance everyone else here sells. I would like to learn more if it is really in hi demand. |

bmpinsurance.com really sucks. THey make more money when you write business then you do. I rather buy my own leads and find someone else to work with.
