You can't wait until the last minute to try to get this done and pass the exam. Put in the time and effort and it will pay off.

Well said! This is far more important than a person's choice of educational provider. You can buy the books, and attend live or online classes, but without the effort to actually study the material, only a handful of people will actually pass the exams. That's one of the reasons that "first-time" examinees in California only pass the Life & Health exams about 60% of the time -- it's even lower for Property & Casualty exams.

Exactly, although this exam is much easier than Series 7, but it is still an State Exam, so study. Make sure when you take simulate exam, on wrong answers, write them down or print it out and study it.

I used examfx to study but two weeks prior to taking the exam I started to research online other topics, practice test and quizzes online. I passed the Wisconsin state exam and passed the first time as of 9-5-2014, 78% on the property exam and 86% on the casualty. I will say the ExamFx does cover most of the topics in the state exam although what I found was that the state exam focused on intermediaries, dwelling policies, CGL, CPP, BOP's, insurance basics, auto policies and work comp. I will say that understanding the dwelling policy is key. It hinges on many other coverage's which you will find out shortly if you try to skim over the topics. I studied probably close to 80 hrs to pass if not more but I passed the first time.

FX is a train-wreck. Wow, they need to hire a grammar teacher and figure out the correct answers to their own questions. It seemed like every other questions had the wrong answer. How do you learn if you're getting bad info from the course that is teaching you?

I doubt that this is true. Although I write and edit materials for another national prelicensing and exam prep provider, I happen to know one of the senior editors at Exam FX personally, and I think she would disagree with you, too.

All educational materials can be expected to have a few minor errors, but materials are reviewed by state insurance department personnel before they go into circulation to make sure they meet content guidelines. As long as the required content is present, any minor grammatical errors should not alter a student's exam outcome.

Here in CA, for example, on the Life-Only Agent exam (75 questions, 60% passing score . . . yes, only 60% (45 correct answers) needed to pass) regardless of the educational provider, the first-time test takers passing rate is barely over 60%. I think this says more about the wannabe agents than it does about the exam. Yes, there are a few obscure questions on the exam, but, please! How hard can it be to get a 60% or better score? I took the 150-question Life & Health exam a few months ago just to see what the questions looked like, and scored a 96%.

ExamFx seems to work for passing the state test in MS, but that's because the passing score is only a 65.
Other than that, ExamFx is an awful service. They have ZERO communication with their clients and then wonder why people get angry when they aren't contacted when there are problems with their documents, when their information is going to be sent to the state, etc. Let's not forget, also, that they do NOTHING on time. I have had to spend an hour on the phone with them every day to get my prelicensing FINALLY sent over to the state department after all of my paperwork was completed.... Now I have to wait another 2 days before the Department gets it, and then 3 days after that before I'll get my license. That's if they actually send it over this time. 1 month of pay GONE because of them.
The CSR's there are completely incompetent...I will NEVER use them again or recommend anyone to use them.

No wonder you failed. You can barely speak English.

I have used License Coach because NAA had me use them to start working with them, let me say they are awful!!Lots of wrong information and no video help. I ended up going to Americas Professionals and the course was a breeze!!!! License coach has a few short videos which do NOTHING! Americas Professional is ALLLLL Videos and explains everything very detailed any easily.
