Hello, Im considering a job with a company named Gainsco. It will be a sales driven job whrere i would go sign up independent agents to use Gainsco. I understand that gainsco is a non standard insurance wholesaler and they specialize in higher risk clients. My questions is if anyone can tell me if they are competetive? Ive herad that in this market folks like united, aig and progressive are very competetive but what about Geinsco? i would not want to get out there with a product that does not sell. I will be selling in the Orlando market, if anyone can give me some insight i would appreciate it.

I have a few friends in the biz in florida checking them out for you to make sure they are on the up and up. One of them knew of the company and said the description they gave you was accurate. They are asking around to see if anyone they know deals with them.

I will try to get back to you with what I find out tomorrow.

At least they havent heard anything negative so far.

Sorry for taking so long getting back to you, My friends tell me that it seems to be a decent company and fairly competitive the only thing is that it is not widley known. If you can go up agaist the name recognition of the major players with a better benefit and price you should do fine with them.

Research on the internet about the company. For sure you can find a lot of information there. Maybe, the name company can really be a great influence in selling, but the only thing that can make you excel in that kind of job is you. Even though a person carries with him a good company name, but has a bad personal reputation, then this person will never succeed in any business. But if you are carrying a good company coupled with good personal reputation, you will be a winner.
