Posted: Wed Jul 08, 2009 2:13 am   Post subject: Worked for any of these insurers?   Good day... I work for a major insurer. I have been given the task of researching various recruitment strategies. I'm looking to find agents who are working or have worked with any of the following insurers. Specifically I'd like to know how you found out about them and how they courted you into applying. Despite all the data I have on recruitment strategies and retention rates, I value the oppinions of agents in theis forum more, as it's coming straight from the horses mouth so to speak. If you have any specific experiences that you'd like to comment on with regards to recruitment please let me know....
