Hello everyone,
We at FindYourPolicy.com will be adding a very special feature to our service. Due to the overwhelming response from our clients we have realized that it is so important (especially these days with everyones retirement nestegg depleating daily) that they keep track of their life insurance. We will be soon be allowing anyone and everyone to list their company name that holds their Life Insurance on our database for "Free". This will allow a central location that anyone can go to to research if someone has life insurance.
I am interested in knowing if anyone would concider recommending a service like this to their clients when they sell Life Insurance. It would definitly be beneficial for anyone with Life Insurance to be listed in a central location.
Any thoughts?

I'm sure that your services will help many to maintain track of their life policies. Many a times over this forum I have found people wondering about their deceased relatives life policies, which nullifies the reason of maintain the life plan.

The Medical Information Bureau is another such institute that maintains record on individuals to offer the listed insurance companies upon request.
MIB stores data on medical claim history of the consumer –patients who have applied for private or group health coverage. This is done with the objective of deleting the possibilities of scams and frauds. |

Yes, the MIB is a great service, however, even with the MIB available to individuals looking, there are still way too many policies that go unclaimed.
FindYourPolicy.com is just trying to assist the consumer to keep their Life Insurance Company name in a central location so that loosing the information due to lack of communication, loss in a move, loss from a flood, destroyed paperwork or any other reasons you can think of will not effect finding it. It is more to assure the individual that their hard work paying premiums will not go to waste.
