Hello, I just signed up for this site and have a question in regard to PUD Insurance. I own a townhouse which is covered by PUD insurance. My question is would the carpeting be covered by the PUD insurance if the slab of cement underneath has to be repaired. I have what my son calls "frost heaves". I mentioned it to the management company and was told that they would have to rip up my carpets if I wanted that repaired. In other words I would have to pay for the carpet. I believe that since it is the slab of cement that has to be repaired and to do that they will be ripping out my carpet, they should have to replace it? Does anyone know if I am correct. I live in NH.
