I think it's not realistic now. Yes, posts are paid, but the more posts, the less is payment for each. And unfortunately not as many people here as could be. It's an interesting community, with a lot of useful information. Everyone could communicate here, because insurance concerrns almost everyone.

IT IS ALL ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY POWER LYING UPON OUR STRENGTH !
I would like to encourage all of you community members to go about forum postings pro-actively & remember that any source of income becomes a dependable source once it comes to its full bloom. Thats perfectly the reason why we all need to contribute consistently towards the development of the forums & mold it to a beneficial platform not only in terms of an income source but also as a knowledge resource!
Now, considering the earnings in terms of our forum posts, we must remember that just by contributing information in bits-n-pieces we are generating this income & there is no bar as to enhancing the scope & volume of our active participation over here.
The most important fact is that, this forum based website is focussed not only at the generation of a larger insurance community but also towards the proper channelization of the same. This fact has been proved through the declaration of 5 income sources even at the initial phase of its development.
As we can see from these income channels, that only the first one is about forum postings. But what about the other four!
I firmly believe that by optimizing our efforts we could surely exploit the potentials of all of them together.
As we may see from the other options, introducing someone seems the easiest one on the block. Remember: It only becomes difficult when we assign a wrong person for the right task. On the other hand if we can spare a few minutes each day we may actively take part & learn something truly interesting eg. the process of blogging! Even we are now a part of a dynamic web-community which neither has any apprehensions regarding knowledge-sharing nor about providing us with a kick-start blog!
In case the above mentioned options don't stand up to your liking, you may just opt for a little bit of researching & choose to be our community guide. Believe me it would not only expose you to a variety of financial queries but also their probable solutions & more so when you can be the master of handling such an interesting section all by yourself !
Yeah, if you're one of those knowledgeable community members, you'd definitely get your share of authority by turning yourself into a writer & through exploring the different facets of the Global Insurance Industry! In that case your books would reflect the strength of your pen.
A community survives on the strength and wisdom of its members. If our motto becomes to earn money then the whole idea goes for a toss. We are here to make friends and to share our knowledge and experience on insurance which is the largest industry now. We all face various hurdles and sometimes our journey is smooth. So this is the place to share if you care for your fellow members.
Well earning money is very exciting as well which indeed keeps you motivated. Not only participation, there are other ways of earning as well.
Why not refer a friend to the forum. That would let you earn and will also be a help to your friend.
Blogging is easy. We have the provision wherein you can start a new blog for yourself and keep it updated..and hey that also earns you money.
Do a lot of research in the forum where you will find posts that you can reply to. The more number of posts the more closer you are to winning an Ipod.
If you are interested in writing participate in writing a book with the community. That earns respect and ofcourse what you need.
So what are you waiting for? Want to earn while you share and learn....keep participating in the discussions.
