I am under a suspended sentence and can petition for my expungment in 6 months. Will i be able to obtain a license and what extrat steps will I have to do?

A felony conviction for "marijuana" may or may not be a problem with your ability to be licensed. Whether the conviction is expunged or not, you will likely still be required to disclose that conviction to the state when it comes to obtaining any professional or vocational license in the future (or when seeking employment with any government employer).
If you are required to obtain a Section 1033 consent waiver, you will have to provide additional information and documentation to the state. They will tell you what your requirements are.
