my dad is messing with a married woman, if her husband shoots and kills him, would the insurance cover that? I have a life insurance plan on him and also accidental death

In that case, your question and of course, your purposes seem pretty weird. You are not worried about his health, rather seem more interested in knowing whether or not would you be getting the coverage from the life insurance plan.
