Claim was dined because it was not disclosed that she had cancer in the application. she died while policy wasin force one year.can they be made to pay.she died of septic shock.

What type of insurance did the person have? Have you gone through the terms and condition of the insurance agreement? When was the insurance policy bought and when did she came to know about her cancer? All these are some of the basic questions that you'll have to answer before staking claim for the coverage.
