My aunt has an Ins Policy that I need to complete some paperwork I've asked her for this but refuses to hand it over. The policy was done years ago by my grandmother. I am my mothers beneficiary & executor of her will. What do I do now?

You have no entitlement to the policy. Life insurance is a "non-probate" asset, and is not subject to the whims outlined in a will.
