I think I asked my question in the wrong forum. You, so kindly, answered my question earlier about the revocation of ex-spouse as a beneficiary in Cal. If you will, I need you to go a ster further and tell what subsection (e) in Cal Probate Code means. That's the provision my attorney says eliminates Life Insurance bene's in Cal. Is there another provision in the statutes or family code I can point out to him. He is from a reputable firm but he insists that Life Ins. bene's are not covered in Cal. Thank you so much as I have been researching for months.
