My son died and named his daughter beneficiary of his life insurance and and retirement, his wife who he was separated from is trying to get control of this money. She has a very bad credit history and a couple years ago filed bankruptcy is there any way to stop her from getting custody of the daughters money. They live in the State of Iowa
