So my wife and I live in Oklahoma city. She started as an independent life insurance sales agent 3 months ago and is really good at it. She has been told she is above average as an agent. She has been improving regularly in her techniques and working hard every day. However, she cant make sales. It's always no shows and she cant get a hold of them, they cant get approved for some reason, or they straight up dont have a checking account. Other agents that started in other parts of the country around the same time my wife did are already pulling in $10,000 a week, and we're drowning. I know she's good at it, her manager tells her that all the time and she gets compliments from her customers all the time as well. Not sure what's going on. Is it just Oklahoma or is it just this slow going of a business sometimes? My wife is about to have to get a different job cuz we cant afford to stick it out anymore. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
