I'm working with a ..... um ...... 93-year-old woman with an estate tax problem. A bunch of life insurance would be very helpful if we can get it

Most life insurance policies will not issue after 85, although there are a few that will issue to age 90. I haven't heard of any insurance companies that will work with a 93 year old, as there is significant risk!

I'm sure someone else will be along shortly, and maybe they can think of an option for you!

I'd be surprised to see an insurance company accpeting 93 years old applicant. It'd be kind of a certain risk for them.

Why the need suddenly anyway?

Yeah true, UL has maxi age of 85, Index UL and Term has maxi age of 90, i dont see any insurance company is willing to offer any type of insurance for a 93years old due to its high risk.

Good Luck!

Hi andrew,

Why do you need this bunch? Are you actually looking for some final expense policies?

Hi ICY,

I do understand the age relaxation for Term life policies. The risk reduces when it gets divided into segments.
But would you please explain the reason why the limit is 90 for Index UL too?

I think he's looking for a little more than final expense if she has an estate tax problem...
