we lived in texas she died in 2004.i have no records

Hi Datmexican409, Why after all these years you want to find out about the policy your mother had? I think its a life insurance policy in question. Were you not aware of her policies at the time of her death.

Did you see an over due bill come in months after her passing? Were there drafts coming out of checking out? Five years pass before you start investigating?
