| what should i do if my husband insurance company wants to give away the money. when the policy was before i came along |

Are you trying to say that your husband had a life policy that his mother is the beneficary..he has died, and that Met Life wants to pay his mother? Well they HAVE to...she's the beneficary..and more over most likely the owner, and has probably paid the premiums all these years...
They aren't 'giving' away any money, it's her's...
If this isn't what you meant..then clarify your question.

| And another person who ignored putting their financial affairs into order until it was too late. 90% of the questions we get asked are about this sort of thing, sad everyone of them. Even sadder is the news I'm about to give you, there's basically nothing you can do. The contract stipulated the payout, should have perhaps changed it. Now we've learned a valuble lesson...it takes a tragedy... |
