Quoting the commercial coverage may invite three different causes resulting in losses. Out of these, the Basic coverage represents fire, lightning, extended coverage, vandalism, sinkhole collapse, sprinkler leakage and volcanic action.
Another important cause would be the Broad form involving some causes in addition to the Basic coverage like the glass breakage, weight of ice, snow, and sleet, water damage, falling objects etc.
We also have the Special Form of causes involving the risks of direct physical losses and theft at large.
