I was just wondering what the laws are for insurance companies if the person the hit me is at fault and I do not have medical insurance does there insurance have to pay for my Doctor bills until I would get a settlement, and can a Doctor turn me away?[/b]

Doctors can require you to pay at the time of service, and they usually post something to this in their office. And no, the insurance company for the at fault party does not have to pay medical bills as you go. Some will, but most won't. You can ask, but they just don't have to.
