Australian needs insurance for Florida condo.

I am an Australian and have just bought a condo in Florida. I'm having difficulty getting quotes for insurance because so many of the sites need a USA phone number entered on the web forms. Can anyone tell me how I can get insurance, and what I need to ask for? :?
