Roofing Contract

I've signed a roofing contract but the company won't wave the deductible and another company will do all the work plus wave the deductible How can I get out of that contract. Help Marie

You can ask the company that you signed the contract with if they will allow you out of the contract. Otherwise you can break the contract and take you chances if they want to purse the matter.

Well, as tcope has written, you can try to get the contractor to voluntarily terminate the contract, or you can breach the contract and hire another contractor.

The fact that you signed a contract will not be in your favor when you are summoned to small claims court by the contractor who expected to make money by fixing your roof.

Why did you sign the contract before you obtained bids from other contractors? This is called "Live and learn."
