My neighbor’s tree had an extended branch close to my bedroom windowpane. It was not a problem until it broke down during a storm and shattered a lot of my glasses and caused other damages because it let the rain in as well. Who will cover these loses? thanks for advice

If the branch fell on your house during a storm, your damages should be covered by the insurer of you own homeowners policy.
