MY PAR POLICY NEED TO BE EXTENDED FOR A TWO MONTHS MORE ON P

My PAR policy need to be extended for two months on pro-rata premium, but insurer want to add new condition that, in case of a claim full annual premium to be charged, is it acceptable, please clarify.
